This policy explains where we ship, shipping fees, order processing, delivery estimates, order changes/cancellations, and delivery issue handling for orders placed on furniture-place.com.

1) Shipping Destination

We ship within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2) Shipping Fees (Standard Shipping)

Free standard shipping on orders $120 or more.

A flat $15 standard shipping fee applies to orders under $120.

The applicable shipping fee is displayed at checkout before payment.

3) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing includes order verification, packing, and carrier pickup.

4) Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier operations, weather, peak seasons, and destination-specific conditions.

5) Shipping Carriers & Delivery Methods

We ship using major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and we may also use regional carriers depending on the item, destination, and service availability.

Carrier selection is based on factors such as package size/weight, destination, and operational capacity. We cannot guarantee a specific carrier for every order.

Some larger or bulky items may ship via freight delivery. Freight deliveries may require appointment scheduling, and the carrier may contact you using the phone number provided at checkout.

When available, tracking details will be provided after shipment. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier’s first scan.

7) Order Changes & Cancellations (Before and After Shipment)

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@furniture-place.com and include your order number.

Before shipment: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel it. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (see refund timing in our Returns & Refund Policy).

After shipment: If the order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy (eligibility applies).

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout, or if delivery is refused, carrier return fees and/or shipping fees may apply.

8) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Delivery Issues)

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@furniture-place.com.

Please include: (1) order number, (2) clear photos of the item, (3) photos of the outer packaging/labels, and (4) a brief description of the issue.

After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution as applicable (replacement parts, replacement, refund, or other solution).

9) Shipping Exceptions & Delays

While we aim to meet the delivery estimate, delays can occur due to factors outside our control (weather events, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, or remote-area service limitations).

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us and we will assist with next steps.
